RiveApp (“Service”) is a hosted web application developed and maintained by RiveApp, LLC., doing business as “RiveApp”. This Privacy Policy explains the collection and use of information and data across the Service.
RiveApp, LLC respects your right to privacy. All information collected by RiveApp, LLC is used to improve the experience and quality of the Service. We will never sell or give away your information.
User Information
When you register for RiveApp, we collect information such e-mail address, business information, and billing information. RiveApp come with a 30-day trial period, during which you are not required to enter billing information.
When you register for a RiveApp user account, we collect only the e-mail address and any user profile fields which are filled out, such as the business name. This information is used solely for identification inside the Service and email communication to and from the Service between you and the support staff of RiveApp.
Cookies
A cookie is a small amount of data which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a web site’s computers and is stored on your computers hard drive.
Cookies are required to use RiveApp in order to uniquely identify your browser and user preferences while logged in. We use non-permanent cookies that last for up to two weeks, after which you will be required to log in to the Service again.

RiveApp uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run RiveApp. Although RiveApp owns the code, databases, and all rights to the RiveApp application, you retain all rights to your data.

All of your data is transmitted over HTTPS; however, we only encrypt sensitive information, i.e. login/passwords, when storing.
Community Discussion
RiveApp features the ability to communicate publicly with other RiveApp users on the Community Forum. Basic identifying information such as your first name will be used to identify you when you posted on the community. RiveApp will supply no other identifying information. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in the Community Forum becomes public information. In addition, information that is disclosed in private forums may be disclosed by other forum participants. You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information. RiveApp is not liable for user content on RiveApp or other sites.
Disclosure
RiveApp may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas when a users actions may violate the Terms of Service.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
RiveApp reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any significant changes to this policy will be sent out to the account owners registered email address.
